Superintendents are leaders, coaches, and lead facilitators of project excellence. With a commitment to quality and safety, our Superintendents play a pivotal role in the success of every project, serving as the cornerstone for accomplishment.

Qualifications:

· Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.

· Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

· Implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

· Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.

· Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating for effective solutions.

· Encourage and guide your team to accomplish their goals.

· Using MS Project, establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input.

· Update MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the project team.

· Provide weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule.

· Oversee subcontractor performance to maintain high-quality standards.

· Regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.
