Job Description:

We are actively seeking an astute legal professional to join a dynamic and expanding team focused on the multifaceted intersection of gaming, technology, and regulatory law. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in providing comprehensive legal support to a broad range of clients, including premier casino operators, burgeoning technology providers, and prominent sports betting and e-sports enterprises. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve navigating complex jurisdictional frameworks, preparing and submitting licensing applications, and providing ongoing regulatory and compliance counsel. The role demands an ability to manage intricate transactional matters, conduct meticulous legal research, and deliver proactive, strategic advice to help clients thrive in a rapidly evolving market. Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in corporate, transactional, or regulatory law.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrable experience with gaming law, including regulatory compliance, licensing, and other related matters.
• A background in corporate law or finance is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience within a large, sophisticated law firm environment is a plus.
• Superior academic record and exceptional legal writing abilities.
