We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Master-Level Clinicians to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals in need. Clinicians will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in the mental health field.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent in the state of Illinois.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
