Inside Sales Representative
Full-Time

Compensation DOE: up to $62K + Commission
Our client, a well-established masonry supplier is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role offers a blend of customer-facing showroom work and outside sales with a focus on relationship building and consultative selling.
What You’ll Do as an Inside Sales Representative:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection and project guidance
-
Generate and follow up on quotes, orders, and project inquiries
-
Support outside sales efforts with account follow-ups and client communication
-
Maintain strong knowledge of product lines (brick, stone, pavers, hardscapes, etc.)
-
Collaborate with contractors, builders, and homeowners to ensure project success
-
Assist with inventory and showroom organization as needed
-
Work Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Occasional Weekends required
What We’re Looking for in an Inside Sales Representative:

1+ year of sales experience (construction or building materials a plus)

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Comfortable working in both inside and outside sales capacities (80/20 split)

Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn product lines
-
Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus, but not required
