Job Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator at Pro Services is a key role responsible for supporting the recruitment team in all facets of the hiring process. This position is essential in ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating pre-employment activities, and managing various recruitment programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for talent acquisition, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to assisting the team in meeting hiring goals. This position will report to the Director of Recruiting.

Essential Functions:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

Pre-Employment Coordination:

Manage the logistics of sending personal protective equipment (PPE), initiating background checks, and coordinating drug screening processes for candidates.

Relocation Administration:

Administer the company's relocation policy, ensuring candidates receive the necessary support and information for a smooth transition.

Employee Referral Program Management:

Oversee the employee referral program, including tracking referrals, processing bonuses, and promoting the program internally to encourage participation.

Recruitment Operations:

Assist in the organization and scheduling of interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring timely communication with all parties involved in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related position; experience in a recruiting or HR support role is highly desirable.

  • HS/GED and 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite (G Suite), and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to maintain accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
