We are looking for a Senior/Lead Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong technical expertise and client-facing skills to join our Analytics team. This role focuses on developing advanced data insights within Epic Hyperspace, creating customized queries, and designing dashboards that drive strategic decisions for healthcare billing (HB) across clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded skill set in HB analytics, Hyperspace dashboards, and SQL, coupled with the ability to engage directly with clients to deliver data solutions that are both actionable and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage advanced Hyperspace dashboards, complex SQL-based custom queries, and data extracts, ensuring accurate and impactful data insights.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in Healthcare Billing (HB) analytics, leading data initiatives that support key business objectives and uncover new insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, address complex business problems, and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Integrate diverse data sources through ETL processes into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ensuring data integrity and seamless access for analytics.
• Provide technical advisory and mentorship to junior BI analysts, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and support the team in implementing best practices for data management and visualization.
• Develop and maintain self-service reporting tools and visualizations, enabling end-users to independently access actionable insights.
• Communicate data findings clearly and effectively, fostering data literacy and decision-making among non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Technical certifications in relevant BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); Associate Certified Analytics Professional (aCAP) preferred.
• 5-7+ years in business intelligence or analytics, building self-service reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and supporting strategic decision-making. Experience with Epic Hyperspace is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in HB analytics, Hyperspace dashboards, custom SQL queries, data extract processes, problem-solving, and leadership. Must be adept at time management and thrive in dynamic, matrixed environments.
