We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and training delivery to join our team. The initial focus will be on providing business analyst support for workforce management systems, with the role evolving into a full-time Trainer position in March. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting WFM systems, with preference given to those familiar with Symplr. A strong aptitude for learning new systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for workforce management (WFM) systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, define processes, and ensure the successful integration of WFM solutions
  • Analyze and optimize existing workflows to align with best practices and system capabilities
  • Assist in data analysis, system configuration, and testing for multiple systems
  • Create training materials, including user guides, eLearning modules, and job aids.
  • Facilitate live remote training sessions for diverse audiences, adapting delivery methods as needed.
  • Support end-users through coaching and feedback during and after training sessions.Provide troubleshooting and support for system issues and enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, focusing on system functionality, best practices, and process optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of solutions.Quickly adapt to and learn new systems to support additional WFM platforms as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to WFM systems.
  • Previous experience in training delivery (remote training experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with Workday, UKG, Kronos and/or Symplr.
  • Experience with multiple WFM systems or a proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
