We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Optimization Analyst to join our team and enhance the performance of our Tapestry application within a payer environment. This is a temp to perm remote opportunity for a client on the west coast. This role requires a subject matter expert (SME) in Tapestry workflows who can assess the current system usage, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategic changes to optimize processes. The ideal candidate will have a certification in Epic Tapestry and possess a deep understanding of payer-based workflows to drive efficiency and maximize system benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing Epic Tapestry workflows, identifying areas for optimization to support business objectives.
• Provide expert recommendations to improve system utilization, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency within the Tapestry module.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align optimization efforts with business needs and ensure seamless integration across workflows.
• Develop and deliver actionable plans to improve system performance, with a focus on scalability and best practices within a payer environment.
• Train and support end-users on updated workflows and system enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of Tapestry optimization efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, continuously refining strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Qualifications:

• Epic Tapestry certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience in workflow optimization, specifically within Epic Tapestry in a payer setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide targeted improvement strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the needs and nuances of payer organizations and their operational workflows.
