We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Operations Leader to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Transformation Team. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall revenue cycle effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background in hospital and professional billing, with deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue cycle transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing performance improvement opportunities across people, processes, and Epic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current workflows, recommend optimizations, and drive operational excellence.
  • Analyze key revenue cycle metrics and trends to develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Partner with IT and operational leaders to enhance Epic utilization and streamline billing and collections processes.
  • Implement best practices for hospital and professional billing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle operations, with leadership roles in hospital and professional billing.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle (certification not required but preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale revenue cycle transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in change management, workflow optimization, and financial performance enhancement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
