UKG Pro WFM Project Manager

Intellect Resources is seeking UKG Pro WFM Project Manager to leads the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG Pro WFM implementation and enhancement projects. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages cross-functional teams, and oversees timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field (or 3+ years of direct PM experience with UKG Pro WFM)
  • 3–5 years of UKG Pro WFM PM implementation experience
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
