We are seeking a highly skilled LearnWorlds Consultant to support our team in reviewing, editing, and optimizing both course content and platform configuration within the LearnWorlds LMS. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and user experience (UX) who can help bring our digital learning experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine existing course content for clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
• Configure and optimize course settings, learning paths, assessments, and certificates within LearnWorlds.
• Ensure seamless learner experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with learning objectives.
• Provide guidance on best practices for adult learning and digital pedagogy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to course delivery, navigation, and user access.
• Assist in launching new courses and maintaining existing ones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with LearnWorlds LMS (or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and UX/UI principles.
• Ability to edit and structure content for clarity, engagement, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with multimedia content (videos, quizzes, SCORM, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with course analytics and learner feedback tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Basic HTML/CSS or graphic design skills are a plus.
