IR is looking for an Epic ClinDoc Analyst is responsible for the support, and optimization of Epic’s Clinical Documentation module to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant clinical workflows. This a full time direct hire position. This role partners with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to design, build, test, and maintain documentation tools, templates, and workflows that support high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, hands-on Epic ClinDoc experience, and a deep understanding of clinical documentation practices in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic ClinDoc functionality to support clinical documentation workflows.

• Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT staff to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation templates, smart tools, and workflows that align with best practices and compliance standards.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ClinDoc functionality.

• Provide end-user support, training, and education to ensure effective adoption of documentation tools.

• Participate in system upgrades, optimization projects, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Maintain documentation of system changes, workflows, and support procedures.

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Current Epic ClinDoc certification or proficiency required.

• 2+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst or in a clinical/technical support role within healthcare IT.

• Strong understanding of clinical documentation processes and workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
