Intellect Resources is hiring an experienced trainer to deliver end-user training for the AthenaIDX Hospital Patient Accounting (HPA) module. The focus will be on back-end hospital billing office workflows, ensuring users are proficient in system functionality and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver virtual training sessions for hospital billing office staff.
  • Create training materials and documentation tailored to HPA workflows.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users during implementation and adoption

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on training experience with AthenaIDX HPA module. (2+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of hospital billing workflows and processes.
  • Excellent communication and remote training skills.
