We’re looking for a seasoned Full Desk Recruiter who is deeply embedded in the healthcare ecosystem. This role requires a high-performing individual who excels in both business development and recruitment. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with healthcare clients including hospitals, provider groups, payors, and health tech companies.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare roles.
  • Own the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and servicing.
  • Stay current on healthcare workforce trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in a nimble, creative, and flexible environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven success in both selling and servicing accounts.
  • Strong network within hospitals, providers, payors, or healthtech organizations.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to travel for conferences, client visits, and networking events.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
