Intellect Resources is seeking a UKG EZCall Application Analyst who is responsible for the support, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the UKG EZCall scheduling application. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, workforce management leaders, and end-users to ensure the system meets operational needs, enhances workforce efficiency, and supports compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The analyst serves as a functional and technical subject-matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting, reporting, and improvement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support & Administration
  • Configure and maintain scheduling templates, rules, patterns, pay codes, and workflow settings.

  • Partner with operational leaders to adjust system configurations to reflect organizational changes, scheduling policies, and labor rules.

Key Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or managing UKG EZCall or other UKG workforce management applications (e.g., UKG Dimensions, Workforce Central).
  • Strong understanding of staff scheduling concepts, workforce management processes, and labor rules.
  • Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
