We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who is responsible for driving client value, expanding strategic relationships, and ensuring exceptional delivery across fintech and healthcare accounts. In this role, you will lead go-to-market efforts by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities in software, data, and AI consulting. You will run high-impact discovery sessions with senior stakeholders, shape proposals and SOWs, and represent the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Drive go-to-market strategy in fintech and healthcare.
    • Identify, qualify, and close deals for software, data, and AI consulting.
    • Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
    • Create proposals, SOWs, and pricing with delivery and leadership teams.
    • Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
  • Account Leadership & Delivery Oversight
    • Act as executive sponsor for won accounts; ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Account Manager and Engineering Lead for engagement success.
    • Spot growth opportunities for new projects and capabilities.
    • Conduct QBRs to show ROI and align with client goals.
  • Internal Collaboration & Leadership
    • Translate client needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
    • Contribute to marketing collateral and thought leadership content.
    • Mentor junior staff and foster a learning culture.

Key Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of experience in consultative technology sales, account management, or client success.
  • Proven record selling custom software development, data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML services.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile delivery models.
  • Industry expertise in Healthcare (payer, provider, or healthtech) or FinTech (banking, payments, or compliance).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate ROI and value creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Comfort leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing without direct authority.
