Intellect Resources is looking for a Lead of Technology Trainer for a full time direct hire position. Responsible for developing, delivering, and assessing dynamic training programs that enhance technological proficiency across the organization. This role leverages expertise in instructional design, technical writing, and technology systems to create engaging learning experiences. The position includes designing materials for in-person, blended, and virtual learning, partnering with department leaders to identify skill gaps, and applying best practices in adult learning and technical education to drive adoption and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and deliver engaging training on Epic, hardware, and software.
  • Develop training materials including guides, e-learning, and videos.
  • Manage training schedules, participation tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with departments to assess needs and close skill gaps.
  • Implement train-the-trainer programs and promote best practices.
  • Continuously improve training through feedback and emerging tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in training and development, instructional design, technology and information systems, or a related field.
  • 3 plus years experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, Trainer, technical writer or a similar role.
  • 2 plus years experience working with Epic or as an Epic trainer.
  • Experience developing training for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Experience in healthcare technology training or working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
  • Medical, dental, and/or behavioral health background.
  • Experience with other HIT systems, such as Artera, Azara, Healthix, Dragon, Ritefax, XV Web.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as SmartSheet.
