We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Meditech Expanse platform. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle—including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing—ensuring that deliverables meet organizational goals, clinical needs, and compliance requirements. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Meditech Expanse in a healthcare setting. This will be a hybrid role with onsite work in the Southeast. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Meditech Expanse implementation and/or optimization projects.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and cross-functional project teams.

• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption by end users.

• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data security, and patient safety standards.

Key Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT, with at least 2+ years focused on Meditech Expanse.

• Proven success leading large-scale EMR/EHR implementation or optimization projects.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively with clinicians, executives, IT teams, and external vendors.
