We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to lead the consolidation and migration of multiple iCIMS instances into Workday. This role will be responsible for designing and executing a structured migration strategy, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with iCIMS, proven success in large-scale data migration projects, and a strong background in healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidation of multiple iCIMS instances into a unified environment prior to migration.
• Design and implement data migration processes to transition consolidated iCIMS data into Workday.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data throughout extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate migrated data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Develop and maintain documentation for migration processes, mappings, and validations.
• Support testing cycles (unit, system integration, UAT) and provide issue resolution.
• Partner with Workday implementation teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Provide post-migration support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with iCIMS, including multi-instance environments.
• Strong background in data migration and system integrations, preferably HRIS-related.
• Prior Workday implementation or migration experience highly preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, with understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Proficiency with data extraction, transformation, and validation methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
