Is this a superpower for you? Do others always compliment you on this? Have you received assignments or promotions due to this attribute? Have you taken personality tests that scored you high on this? Did your boss or professor ask you to be an editor to check their work for accuracy?

3. Sourcing

Have you ever had to sell ‘’door to door’ or do ‘cold calling’? Did you kick ass selling with high volume and high quality? Describe how you’ve excelled at finding hidden opportunities or leads that others couldn’t. These examples can draw from any field.

4. Mission Alignment

If you don’t care deeply about climate, this is not the place for you. Have you studied sustainability at school? Volunteered for a climate cause? Chosen a climate career in a startup or large company? 

5. Financial Acumen

Are you a whiz with numbers? Maybe you studied it in school and were top of the class? Or, you were always hired to be the banker among your friends and family? Won a math contest? Master of the spreadsheet? Can explain financial reporting to my grandma? Modeled your own portfolio for fun? Play math games in your spare time?
