NOW HIRING – Production Machine Operators (2nd Shift) Location: Arlington, Tx. Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday 2pm-11pm Pay: Competitive pay based on experience We’re looking for hands-on, experienced Production Machine Operators to join our fast-paced production team. This is not your typical machine operator job — you will be actively involved throughout the entire production process. What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing raw materials for production Operating machinery and moving along the production line Preparing finished products for the next phase Occasionally using forklifts or cherry pickers (minimal use – less than 10%) Assisting with minor machine maintenance when needed What We’re Looking For: Experience in machine operating is a must Background in production lines or fast-paced environments preferred Ability to move continuously throughout the shift — this is not a seated/isolated role Experience with small repairs or machine troubleshooting is a big plus Forklift/cherry picker experience is acceptable, but not the focus This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team.
