We’re hiring 2 experienced Plating Technicians to join a dynamic, high-energy team!

These positions are technical in nature and require higher-level candidates—ideally with backgrounds in chemistry or similar experience. ? Our most recent hires have held chemistry degrees, and we’re looking to maintain that same level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities: ? Checking tanks, valves, and filters; bringing down baths ? Loading batches on racks and placing them into plating solutions ? Monitoring and supporting production batches throughout the day ? Stripping plating and storage tanks as necessary ? Reporting and/or performing repairs and maintenance on tanks, plumbing lines, and filters

Requirements: ✅ Strong multi-tasking ability ✅ Comfortable lifting heavy tubes regularly ✅ Basic math skills ✅ Physically active – expect 20K+ steps per day ✅ Long-term career mindset ✅ Excellent attendance – top priority!
