Production Machine Operators (2nd Shift)  >>Location: Arlington, Tx. >>Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday 2pm-11pm >>Pay: $18-$21 Competitive pay based on experience We’re looking for hands-on, experienced Production Machine Operators to join our fast-paced production team. This is not your typical machine operator job — you will be actively involved throughout the entire production process. >>What You’ll Be Doing: - Preparing raw materials for production - Operating machinery and moving along the production line - Preparing finished products for the next phase - Occasionally using forklifts or cherry pickers (minimal use – less than 10%) - Assisting with minor machine maintenance when needed >>What We’re Looking For: - Experience in machine operating is a must - Background in production lines or fast-paced environments preferred - Ability to move continuously throughout the shift — this is not a seated/isolated role - Experience with small repairs or machine troubleshooting is a big plus - Forklift/cherry picker experience is acceptable, but not the focus - This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team.
