We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Structural Supervisor for a night shift project based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role requires a seasoned professional who can effectively lead and manage the structural aspects of marine, offshore, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide the fabrication processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and supervise project activities to adhere to timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication within relevant industries.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Compensation:

Offered at a competitive rate of $40 per hour, this position also includes a per diem of $175 for days worked to accommodate living expenses while on-site.
