Requirements:

• 15+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of revenue growth.
• 5+ years in fintech, with deep industry expertise in payments, banking, SaaS, lending, or financial technology.
• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling sales teams at a high-growth company.
• Strong background in embedded lending, digital payments, or fintech solutions.
• Proven ability to drive and execute complex sales strategies at an enterprise level.
• Expertise in solution selling to merchants with a financial or digital product focus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with POS financing solutions and embedded lending platforms.
• Knowledge of merchant acquiring, digital lending, and payments infrastructure.
