Operations Coordinator-Sales and Marketing

Position: Full TimeLocation: GA (flexible schedule)

Primary Duties

  • Oversee and enhance the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and ongoing improvements.
  • Partner with the marketing team to organize and execute customer events for effective promotion.
  • Administer CPQ processes to boost sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare dealer quotes and sales orders to support sales operations.
  • Evaluate lead generation performance to identify and optimize effective sourcing partners.
  • Manage the sales process for used equipment, including generating quotes and determining trade-in values.
  • Facilitate the brokerage of used equipment that the company opts not to accept.
  • Work with the marketing team to effectively list and promote used equipment on the company website.
  • Assess market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies for used equipment.
  • Provide support for trade shows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the machinery or equipment industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, both domestically and internationally.
