About the Role:

Reporting to the SVP, as the Program Manager – BISO, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a BISO program for a leading financial services organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing the alignment of information security strategies with the company's business objectives, ensuring that robust security practices are integrated into business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Develop and lead the BISO program, ensuring effective governance and alignment with corporate security initiatives.
• Team Management: Oversee a network of 7 BISOs, with plans to expand to 14 BISOs, supporting business lines across the organization.
• Program Management: Drive programmatic efforts, focusing on the implementation of security policies, procedures, and risk management practices tailored to each business line.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders across various business units to ensure seamless integration of security measures, driving a culture of information security awareness.
• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies for BISO program expansion, optimizing resources and ensuring scalability as the program evolves.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security risks within business operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in program management preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on information security or a related discipline.
• Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of information security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance in a financial services context.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex security concepts to business stakeholders and align security strategies with business goals.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
