CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - REAL ESTATE PRACTICE

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry-leading attorneys on complex real estate transactions, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Georgia.
  • 3–5 years of substantive experience handling real estate transactions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, and closing documents.
  • Experience managing acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial financing transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and other transaction-related contracts.
  • Oversee due diligence, title and survey review, and risk assessment for acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Coordinate and close complex real estate and commercial finance transactions.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to structure deals that align with business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
