We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our private outpatient orthopedic facility in Northdale, FL. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify therapy needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical evaluations.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes following company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
