Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: Private Pediatric Clinic, Alpharetta, GASchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PMCompensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ($70,000 - $80,000)

Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join this team. In this full-time role, you will work closely with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders. The position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, with therapy sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations
  • Provide direct therapy services to children, ensuring progress is monitored and goals are updated regularly
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive clinic culture

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Georgia state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
