Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact, ensuring a seamless communication flow between employees and HR.
  • Lead the new hire onboarding process, including orientation and induction, to foster an engaged and productive workforce.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Prepare and manage company payroll efficiently.
  • Administer and reconcile employee benefits.
  • Conduct thorough background and reference checks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR records and safeguard company intellectual property.
  • Support the CEO with HR programs, research, and special projects as needed.
  • Update HRIS with employee changes accurately.

Office Management Duties:

  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
  • Direct inquiries and manage telephone communications effectively.
  • Provide general office support, both scheduled and project-based.
  • Coordinate events, including social functions, team-building activities, and trainings.
  • Assist management with special projects and report preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.
  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative or office assistant role in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS preferred; ADP knowledge is a plus.
