Sales / Account Manager – CanadaLocation: Canada (GTA preferred)
Travel: ~40–50% across Canada (Travel to Corporate office in Tennessee is a Must for trade shows and training purposes).

Our client is the global leader in wheel balance weights, tire valves, and TPMS sensors. Our German-engineered products are trusted by Canadian Tire, Kal Tire, Unimax/Point S, and other national distributors, fleets, and OEM networks.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales / Account Manager to lead our Canadian sales efforts. This is a national role focused on growing relationships with major distribution partners and supporting secondary channels such as independent distributors, OEM service networks, and fleet accounts.

You’ll manage existing national accounts while driving new opportunities, working closely with Canadian Tire DCs, Kal Tire, and Unimax/Point S. Travel is a key part of the role, with regular visits to Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and periodic trips to Calgary, Winnipeg, and Halifax.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow sales with Canadian Tire, Kal Tire, Unimax/Point S and other distribution centres.
  • Support regional distributors, fleets, and OEM service centers.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and account growth strategies.
  • Drive sales of tire valves, balancing weights, and TPMS products.
  • Travel nationally to maintain high-touch customer relationships (~40–50%).

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in automotive aftermarket, OEM, or Tier 1 sales/account management.
  • Strong experience with distribution networks (national + regional).
  • Proven ability to self-manage a large territory and deliver sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bilingual English/French an asset.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $125,000 CAD (targeted but Depends on experience). 
  • Bonus: $25,000 – $35,000 CAD (performance-based)
  • Car Allowance: $9,600 CAD (newer, presentable vehicle required) plus mileage
  • Full benefits package
