PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Location: Turlock, CA

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually (dependent on experience) with eligibility for a 5% bonus

Schedule: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Travel: Required 1–3 times per year

Work Environment: High-volume food manufacturing facility (nonunion)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at our dynamic food manufacturing facility in Turlock, CA. This role is integral in leading and managing a team of production staff during the night shifts, ensuring every aspect of the production process aligns with our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production personnel during a 12-hour overnight shift, fostering a productive and safety-focused work environment.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out efficiently and meet established quality standards.
• Coordinate and maintain production schedules, including managing daily staffing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in production processes, safety protocols, and employee development.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding operational updates, challenges, and team achievements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards specific to the food manufacturing industry.
• Assist in the onboarding, training, performance assessment, and management of team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within the food or beverage sector.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with previous experience in managing teams.
• Strong abilities in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Willingness and ability to work the full 2-2-3 overnight schedule.

California Pay Transparency Notice:

This role offers a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, the position includes eligibility for a 5% annual bonus.
