We’re looking for a people-first Director of HR who can lead strategy, compliance, culture, and development with confidence and heart. If you love building strong teams, elevating workplace culture, and being the trusted HR expert—this role is for you.
Oversee full HR function: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
Maintain compliant policies and ensure alignment with CA, federal, and local laws.
Lead safety programs, OSHA reporting, and Workers’ Comp processes.
Manage benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.), open enrollment, and vendor relationships.
Support payroll accuracy and Paycom data integrity (PTO, rates, changes).
Coach managers, resolve employee relations issues, and strengthen company culture.
Visit multiple locations to support teams and ensure HR consistency.
10+ years senior HR leadership experience.
Strong CA employment law knowledge.
SPHR/PHR preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
