Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an entry-level Tax Associate Attorney to join their Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Practice Group. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing practice that provides sophisticated legal counsel to for-profit and nonprofit developers on complex affordable housing transactions.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in any US state, in good standing.
Experience or coursework in partnership tax and federal income tax credits.
An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Compensation is highly competitive, with a salary range of $200,000 - $370,000, commensurate with experience, and opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses.
