Maintenance Mechanic – 3rd Shift

Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic looking for a stable and rewarding career with excellent benefits? We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team on 3rd shift! What You’ll Do:

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
Work on overhead cranes, off-road heavy equipment (if applicable), and production machinery
Implement cost-saving maintenance programs
Ensure a safe and clean work environment, following OSHA and company safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of maintenance experience (industrial, manufacturing, or related field preferred)
Knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V 3-phase), hydraulics, and diesel mechanics
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" and perform basic math calculations
Trade/technical school certification is a plus!
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying conditions
