What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and quality. Responsibilities include:
- Installing, testing, and adjusting products using mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with limited electrical and electronic technologies.
- Preparing and assembling products at customer sites and performing on-site disassembly, refurbishment, and rebuilds as needed.
- Troubleshooting installation or performance issues and providing timely solutions.
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
- Maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with team members and customers.
- Representing the organization professionally to customers, the public, and external stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and determining necessary repairs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable technician who is ready to travel on short notice and thrive in diverse environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy industrial, mining, power plant, or marine field service.
- Minimum of one year of vocational training in a related field.
- Ability to travel worldwide by air, land, or sea, including shipboard accommodations, with open-ended travel periods.
- Valid passport and Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) (or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Proficiency in using computer and tablet devices with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with various hand and power tools required for the job.
- Commitment to passing a background check, physical, and drug screening.
Preferred Skills:
- Bi-lingual in Spanish.
- Manual machining experience.

Salary
$26 - $28 DOE
