What You’ll Do:

• Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols with precision.
• Perform MIG and Tig welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal structures, components, and equipment.
• Thread and solder pipes as required for various fabrication tasks.
• Utilize power tools, micrometers, forklifts, and other machinery to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to specifications.
• Inspect welds and components for quality assurance and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe, productive environment.
• Record production output and track progress to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and complete tasks on time.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective welds or equipment as needed to ensure project continuity.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to regulatory compliance at all times.
• Assist in the training of new team members in welding and fabrication processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG and Tig welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while maintaining attention to detail.
