SAP B1 BEAS Specialist

About the Role

As an SAP B1 BEAS Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our SAP Business One (B1) environment. You'll collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and develop data-driven reports that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support SAP B1, BEAS, and related IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BEAS-related issues while assisting end users and IT teams.
• Develop and modify BI reports, data extracts, and system interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and validation.
• Design and optimize Microsoft Power BI reports for insightful business analytics.
• Support programmers and analysts with data analysis, APIs, and batch interfaces.
• Act as a liaison between IT and end-user departments, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead and participate in technical projects, following best practices in project management.
• Stay up to date with SAP B1 advancements and recommend process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of SAP B1 experience, with a strong understanding of BEAS.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience developing Power BI reports and working with data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Experience with BEAS Script is a plus.

Work Environment & Requirements

• Full-time, on-site role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Reports directly to the IT Manager.
• Must pass a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening.
