\nSell HVAC service contracts and project work
\nProspect new business and grow existing accounts
\nMeet with facility managers, building owners, and operators
\nDevelop and present proposals with clear value
\nWork closely with service and project teams to ensure delivery
\nLog activities and pipeline in CRM
\nRequirements
Must-Haves
3+ years of HVAC or mechanical service sales
\nStrong local network in commercial facilities
\nSkilled in consultative selling and value-based proposals
\nBased in the Los Angeles area with a solid work history
\nExcellent communication and follow-up
\nNice-to-Haves
\nKnowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and energy upgrades
\nExperience with retrofit or tenant improvement projects
\nFamiliar with CRM tools and pipeline management
