\nRequirements
Must-Haves
3+ years of HVAC/mechanical service sales
\nStrong local relationships with building owners or operators
\nSkilled in identifying needs and building value-based solutions
\nBased in the Riverside area with a stable track record
\nExcellent communication and follow-through
\nNice-to-Haves
\nKnowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and controls
\nExperience with retrofit or design-build projects
\nFamiliarity with CRM tools and pipeline reporting
