We’re looking for a Mechanical HVAC Sales Executive in Riverside, CA to sell service agreements and retrofit projects to building owners and facility managers.

Impact

  • Grow service and project revenue across commercial accounts

  • Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, and facility teams

  • Deliver smart, cost-effective HVAC solutions

  • Reduce downtime and extend equipment life for clients

Responsibilities

  • Sell HVAC service contracts and retrofit projects

  • Prospect new business and expand existing accounts

  • Meet regularly with facility managers and decision-makers

  • Create proposals and close deals with clear ROI

  • Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth delivery

  • Track activity and results in CRM

Requirements
Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of HVAC/mechanical service sales

  • Strong local relationships with building owners or operators

  • Skilled in identifying needs and building value-based solutions

  • Based in the Riverside area with a stable track record

  • Excellent communication and follow-through

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and controls

  • Experience with retrofit or design-build projects

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline reporting
