\nEnsure smooth handoff between programming and installation
\nResponsibilities
\nLead BAS project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout
\nEstimate labor, materials, and equipment for controls projects
\nHandle submittals, RFIs, and change orders
\nCoordinate with field teams, integrators, and subcontractors
\nTrack schedules and update stakeholders regularly
\nReview plans and specs for controls scope
\nOversee installation and assist with startup as needed
\nSupport commissioning and owner training
\nRequirements
Must-Haves
3+ years in BAS or controls project management
\nExperience with platforms like Distech, Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar
\nSkilled in estimating, scheduling, and change order management
\nStrong coordination skills with field teams and techs
\nLocal to Riverside area with solid work history
\nNice-to-Haves
\nField experience in controls installation, startup, or programming
\nFamiliar with Metasys, ALC, Alerton, EcoStruxure, etc.
\nComfortable reviewing sequence of operations and controls drawings
\nExperience with Bluebeam, MS Project, or Procore
