\nRequirements
Must-Haves
3+ years selling BAS or mechanical/controls solutions
\nStrong network with GCs, mechanicals, or facility managers
\nConfident in business development and customer meetings
\nBased in the Portland area with stable job history
\nExcellent communication and follow-up skills
\nNice-to-Haves
\nFamiliar with systems like Tridium, Distech, Siemens, ALC, Johnson Controls
\nBackground in HVAC, controls, or technical sales
\nExperience with CRM tools and sales tracking
