VP of Sales Healthcare/RCM Industry
Job is fully remote throughout the United States in four dedicated regions.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
10+ years of business development or sales experience within the healthcare sector.
Emphasis on selling RCM services and technology to Hospitals and Healthcare entities.
 
Industry Knowledge
Deep understanding of the RCM technology and services landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and key players in the hospital space.
 
Sales Track Record
Demonstrated success in driving significant business growth through new client acquisition and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Network
Current and robust network within the hospital community, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
 
Sales Acumen
Expertise in developing and executing successful sales strategies, negotiation, and closing complex deals.

Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of RCM services to prospective clients.
 
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
