Senior Vice President of Sales – Healthcare Provider Market
The SVP of Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and enterprise sales in the healthcare provider space. This executive will lead the sales organization, define go-to-market strategies, and build strong client relationships to deliver transformative solutions involving offshore labor, technology, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team; oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles for large enterprise deals ($1M+), including global delivery models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and IT to enhance lead generation, messaging, and solution delivery.
Establish and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare provider clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approach.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of sales leadership experience in the healthcare provider industry, with 5+ years at a senior level.
Proven success in leading remote sales teams and closing complex enterprise deals.
Deep understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
