Senior Vice President of Sales – Healthcare Provider Market
 
The SVP of Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and enterprise sales in the healthcare provider space. This executive will lead the sales organization, define go-to-market strategies, and build strong client relationships to deliver transformative solutions involving offshore labor, technology, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team; oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycles for large enterprise deals ($1M+), including global delivery models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and IT to enhance lead generation, messaging, and solution delivery.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare provider clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approach.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the healthcare provider industry, with 5+ years at a senior level.
  • Proven success in leading remote sales teams and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
