Commercial Construction Superintendent

📍 Indianapolis, IN (Projects within 75 miles — home every night)

💰 $100K–$110K base + attainable bonus

🏖 6 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays

We’re working with a fast-growing, family-operated general contractor delivering ground-up builds, complex tenant improvements, and community projects across Central Indiana.

Projects range from $250K to $15M — diverse, challenging, and the kind you’ll be proud to drive past with your family and say, “I built that.”

What You’ll Lead

• Daily on-site construction from mobilization to closeout
• Subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety enforcement, and quality control
• 2–3 week lookahead schedules with PM collaboration
• Ground-up builds, tenant improvements, PEMB projects, and more
• Clear, proactive communication with clients, PMs, and stakeholders

Who Thrives Here

• 5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent OR degree in Construction Management + 2 years’ field leadership
• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Comfortable with Procore, RedTeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Experienced in both ground-up and tenant improvement work
• Strong leadership and communication — no egos, no dictators, no drama
• Valid driver’s license & clean, insurable record
