Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the training and management of Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff to create a harmonious and efficient team.
  • Develop staff schedules that meet both sales and operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain seamless operations and high standards.
