What You’ll Do:

  • Assist and contribute to our growth in the Greater Chicago area.
  • Work closely with our head chef to create delightful, scratch-made dishes that celebrate Italian and seafood cuisines.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Support the kitchen team with effective leadership and mentorship.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a polished restaurant setting with moderate volume sales of over $2 million.
  • A strong background in scratch cooking techniques.
  • Solid tenure and a genuine desire to grow within the culinary field.
  • Experience with Italian and seafood cuisine is a plus!
