We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant General Managers and Management professionals to elevate our dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all culinary operations to ensure exceptional food quality and service.
  • Oversee guest services, addressing and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
  • Train and manage both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to foster a cohesive unit.
  • Create and manage staff schedules based on restaurant sales and operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
