Job Description

  • Handle all aspects of litigation support for defense matters
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery responses
  • Organize, review, and summarize large volumes of medical records and case materials
  • Coordinate with expert witnesses and outside vendors
  • Conduct legal research and manage electronic document production
  • Support attorneys through trial prep and case management
  • Maintain client files and case calendars

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
  • 1+ years of defense litigation experience required
  • Experience with medical malpractice cases highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in legal research and case management tools
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple deadlines
